A Southern traditional Italian Cake that includes: shredded coconut and pecans with a rich almond/vanilla flavor. Adorned with toasted pecans and coconut. *Fun Fact* this was my very first cake I made from scratch my Senior year of HS in home economics, I feel in love with this cake!
